Welcome
Evie and I started our Wildflour restaurant concept in the Roanoke Valley in 1991. We wanted to offer Roanoke a restaurant that emphasized unique dishes made with whole foods and original recipes. And, most importantly, we wanted to be responsible for everything we made, from salad dressings and soups to breads and desserts.
Our goal is to prepare fresh and delicious food made from our own recipes and to serve you with friendly, courteous, and attentive service in a clean, comfortable environment.
In 1996 we opened our original “Wildflour Market & Bakery” here on 4th Street, in the heart of the Old Southwest Historic District. By 2004 we had sold our other locations, and since that time have operated our Wildflour business exclusively from this location.
As we start our 20th year of business Evie and I would like to thank all of our loyal and supportive customers who have helped us operate our family business and raise our children in this beautiful Roanoke Valley. It has been a wonderful adventure and we look forward to continuing to be a part of the Roanoke business community.
